This was done in the National Government of Ecuador. Who was involved? President Lenin Moreno and the National Government of Ecuador were involved. What did they do? Well, thanks to them, an agreement was reached so that low-income people could receive this bonus. What were the results? La pandemia es "democrática", puede atacar a todos, ricos y pobres, ocupados y desocupados, mujeres y hombres, jóvenes y viejos, poblaciones de países opulentos y sumergidos. Por eso es tan peligrosa: nadie está exento de caer en sus redes.
